Bills may be paid in our office lobby from 8 to 5 every Monday through Thursday and Friday 8 to 4. Payments may also be left in the drop box after hours. The NPEC office is at 14585 Highway 83 north in Perryton. Drop box is also available at the Canadian Shop 905 Purcell St.
North Plains allows members on its Variable Budget Billing Program to pay for electricity consumption based on the average number of kilowatt hours used (the dollar amount of the bill will fluctuate accordingly).
To qualify, members must have:
One year of usage history at their current home, a good payment record, and their account must be fully paid before signing up for the budget billing program.
